STWD Wins Bohai New Area CBD Design Competition

STWD, together with Beijing Zhongse North Architectural Design Institute, chosen from both national and international firms, has won the competition to design Bohai New Area CBD.

The total construction area is 390,000 square meters, including 120,000 square meters for offices, 90,000 square meters for apartments, 60,000 square meters for hotels, 20,000 square meters for exhibition and conference, and 60,000 square meters for commerce. The Cangzhou Bohai New City CBD will be a service hub assisting the port and radiating various industries. By clustering service functions, it will create the first growth pole in Hebei's coast and lead the development of coastal industries.
